MEMPHIS – Memphis Grizzlies guard Quincy Pondexter was a boyhood friend of Detroit Pistons forward Charlie Villanueva, though if the injured Piston had been here Saturday night, their reunion might not have been so chummy. Pondexter scored eight points in a 17-0 Grizzlies flurry that erased a two-point Pistons lead and sent Memphis on to a 100-83 victory at FedExForum
