AUBURN HILLS – Detroit Pistons forward Tayshaun Prince agreed to take two questions after a season-worst, 29-point loss to the Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday night. Philadelphia 76ers beat Detroit Pistons 97-68,…

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — Thaddeus Young scored 12 of his 20 points in a pivotal second quarter and All-Star Andre Iguodala had 12 points, six assists and four steals to help the Philadelphia 76ers beat the Detroit Pistons 97-68 and snap a five-game losing streak. Philadelphia coach Doug Collins left the bench between the third and fourth quarters, walking to the team’s locker room, and didn’t return to the court because of flulike symptoms.

Raptors Beat Pistons 103-93

TORONTO (AP) – After turning around a terrible start, the Detroit Pistons head into All-Star weekend with a bad taste in their mouths. DeMar DeRozan scored 23 points, Aaron Gray set season highs with 12 points and 12 rebounds and the Toronto Raptors snapped a four-game losing streak, beating Detroit 103-93 on Wednesday night.

Boston Celtics seek first win vs. Detroit Pistons

Celtics fans must be wondering why everyone was in such a hurry to end the NBA lockout. For the first time in the Big Three (or Big Four) era, the Celtics have begun a season 0-3 and they own the worst record in the league.

Pacers Top Pistons In NBA Opener

INDIANAPOLIS — Danny Granger couldn’t shoot straight for most of the night, yet the smile across his face as he iced his knees in the locker room after the game spoke volumes.In the past, as Granger’s shot went, so went Indiana. He shot poorly on Monday night, but the Pacers still defeated the Detroit Pistons 91-79 in the season opener for both teams at the renamed Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Granger finished with 16 points on 6-for-18 shooting, but three Pacers had double-doubles, giving him a level of support that has been absent over the years.

Pistons Downs Cavs Late 90-89

Detroit Pistons coach Lawrence Frank was happy his team pulled out a close win. Cleveland Cavaliers coach Byron Scott was happy his team showed some progress. Austin Daye’s two free throws with 3.1 seconds left gave Detroit a 90-89 win over the Cavaliers on Tuesday night.

Detroit Pistons re-sign guard Rodney Stuckey
